These terms and conditions govern the rental of vehicles from BNG Car Rentals & Services, operated by BNG COLLECTIVE LTD, company number 17400013, registered office Unit 1 Mount Pleasant, Wembley, England, HA0 1TX. By making a booking, you agree to these terms.

1. Definitions

• "We" / "us" / "our" means BNG COLLECTIVE LTD trading as BNG Car Rentals & Services.
• "You" / "hirer" means the person named in the booking who will be the main driver.
• "Vehicle" means the car described in your booking confirmation.

2. Eligibility and requirements

To hire a vehicle you must meet the requirements set out on our rental requirements page, including holding a valid driving licence and providing proof of identity and address. We reserve the right to refuse a booking if these requirements are not met.

3. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once we have accepted it and sent a confirmation. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and verification of your documents.

4. Payments, deposits and pricing

Rental charges are based on the vehicle, dates and any optional extras selected at booking. A security deposit may be required before the rental begins. Deposits can be paid by cash or bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. The deposit will be returned after the vehicle is inspected and any applicable charges are deducted.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation terms are set out in our cancellation policy. Please review this before booking, as charges may apply depending on when you cancel.

6. Vehicle use

The vehicle must only be driven by the named hirer and any additional drivers we have approved. You agree to drive responsibly, comply with all traffic laws, and not use the vehicle for any illegal purpose, racing, towing or off-road use unless agreed in writing.

7. Insurance, damage and liability

Vehicles are insured in accordance with our insurance arrangements. You remain liable for any damage caused by negligence, misuse or breach of these terms, including excess charges where applicable. You must report any accident, theft or damage to us immediately.

8. Mileage and fuel

Each vehicle has its own mileage allowance and excess-mileage charge, which are shown at booking. The vehicle should be returned with the same fuel level as at collection unless otherwise agreed.

9. Delivery and collection

Where delivery or collection has been arranged, you must be available at the agreed time and location. Late arrivals may result in additional charges or cancellation of the delivery service.

10. Termination

We may terminate the rental and repossess the vehicle immediately if you breach these terms, fail to make payment, or if the vehicle is at risk of damage or loss.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
